I don't just guide transformation. I have lived it. My work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience.
I grew up in a home shaped by addiction, where I learned early how emotional pain affects the nervous system, relationships, and the spirit. Those early experiences gave me a deep understanding of the patterns people carry and the strength it takes to truly heal. Later in life, I made the decision to walk away from a 20-year relationship and rebuild my life from the ground up. Starting over required resilience, faith, and the willingness to face difficult truths. That process became the foundation for the work I do today.
As a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Addiction Counselor, I bring a rare combination of clinical knowledge, intuitive ability, and practical guidance.
My approach integrates:
• Coaching for clarity and direction
• Energy healing for emotional release and balance
• Recovery-informed support for lasting change
